Ergotron LX Sit-Stand Wall Mount

The Ergotron LX Sit-Stand Wall Mount LCD Arm supports flat-panel displays up to 42 inches and 25 lb. It attaches to VESA patterns of 75 x 75, 100 x 100, 200 x 100 and 200 x 200 mm. The arm folds to within 4.5 inches of the wall for compact storage.

Sustained Adjustment Behaviour

Patented CF motion technology delivers consistent, smooth movement during frequent sit-stand transitions. The 20-inch height range and 33-inch extension maintain stable positioning without drift over repeated daily use. Cable routing under the arm keeps wires organised during continuous articulation. Locking connections between arm, extension and base preserve structural rigidity.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify your display weight does not exceed 25 lb and screen size stays within 42 inches. Confirm the monitor VESA pattern matches one of the supported standards. Ensure the mounting surface can accommodate the wall-mount base and hardware supplied. Allow at least 4.5 inches of wall clearance for the folded storage position.

Questions about this item

Does the arm make any noise or generate heat when I keep my monitor in a fixed position all day?

The arm uses a passive spring mechanism with no motor or fan, so it runs silently and produces no heat during continuous use.

My display uses the 200 x 200 VESA pattern — will the included brackets fit without extra parts?

Yes, the mount supports 75 x 75, 100 x 100, 200 x 100 and 200 x 200 patterns, so the supplied VESA brackets attach directly to your screen.

Can the 33-inch extension and 20-inch height range clear a 42-inch panel mounted on an older fixed bracket?

The arm extends 33 inches from the wall and travels 20 inches vertically, giving enough reach and lift to reposition a 42-inch display that was previously on a static mount.
