Adjustable Extension Reach

The Ergotron 45-403-062 Neo-Flex Wall Mount provides up to 19.25 inches (49 centimeters) of extension for keyboard and mouse use. It is designed for clinical or workspace environments where caregivers enter data at the point of care. The low-profile unit folds up against the wall when not needed. It suits users who need an adjustable input platform that stores compactly.

Wall Mounting Requirements

Verify that the mounting surface can support the included 10-inch Wall Track and track mount bracket with the supplied attachment hardware. Ensure at least 5 inches (13 centimeters) of lateral clearance from the wall for the side-to-side pan function. Confirm the installation area allows the tray to fold up fully out of the way when stored.

Compact Workstation Integration

The kit includes a slide-out keyboard tray, wrist rest, and mouse pouch to create a complete input station. Back-tilt on the tray keeps wrists neutral during typing sessions. The 10-inch track mounts vertically to save horizontal space while the pan feature allows the tray to swing aside for patient interaction. It frees up desk or cart surfaces by moving input devices to the wall.

The 45-403-062 appears as a single part number — are there different length or capacity versions to select?

Ergotron lists this model as one fixed configuration with a 10-inch Wall Track and 19.25-inch extension; no alternative sizes or capacities are offered for this MPN.
