Low-Profile Desk Clamp

The Ergotron 45-625-224 is a monitor accessory designed to secure a compatible MXV arm to a worksurface. It suits users who need a stable mounting point without a grommet hole. The low-profile design keeps the base close to the desk for a clean appearance.

Clamping Range and Limits

The clamp attaches to desk edges up to the thickness specified by the manufacturer. It provides a firm hold for single-monitor setups within the arm's weight limit. Installations on surfaces thicker than the rated maximum or on fragile edges are not supported.

Build and Daily Use

Constructed from durable metal components, the clamp resists flex during monitor adjustment. Its compact footprint preserves desk space for keyboards and documents. The mechanism allows the arm to be removed or repositioned without tools when workflows change.
