Ergotron 24-Inch Monitor Riser

The Ergotron 97-933-085 monitor riser supports a 24-inch display weighing up to 16 lb and provides a fixed 30-degree tilt. It is designed for users who want to elevate a single monitor above the worksurface to reclaim desk space. The black finish suits professional or home office environments.

Simple Installation With CF Motion

The unit uses patented CF motion technology for effortless operation once positioned. Installation is straightforward because the riser sits freely on the desk without clamping or bolting. The main limitation is that the tilt angle is fixed at 30 degrees and cannot be adjusted after placement.

Fixed Tilt And Weight Limit

The 30-degree tilt is a permanent feature of the design, so users needing variable viewing angles should consider a different mounting style. The 16 lb capacity restricts use to lighter 24-inch panels; heavier monitors or larger screen sizes exceed the supported load.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 30° tilt is holding correctly after installing the 97-933-085?

After mounting your 24" monitor, adjust the riser through its full range. The movement should feel smooth and counterbalanced by the CF motion technology, and the display must stay firmly in place at any angle up to the 30° limit without drifting.

What comes with the 97-933-085 and what must I supply for a 24" screen?

The kit includes the riser mechanism and hardware to mount a laptop alongside the display. You only need to provide a 24" monitor weighing up to 16 lb that uses a standard VESA pattern, plus the laptop you wish to elevate.

Which version of the WorkFit LCD & Laptop Kit suits a single 24" monitor up to 16 lb?

The 97-933-085 in black is the correct model. It is specified for 24" screens, 30° tilt, and a 16 lb capacity, matching the requirement exactly.
