Medical cart for 20 lb all-in-one computers

The Ergotron CareFit Slim 20 LCD Cart supports all-in-one computers weighing up to 20 lbs in clinical settings. Its aluminium frame provides a stable platform for point-of-care documentation and electronic health record access. The grey and white finish improves visibility in busy hospital corridors. It serves nurses, physicians and IT staff who need a mobile workstation with a compact footprint.

Simple assembly with basic tools

The cart arrives partially assembled and requires only standard hand tools to complete the setup. Follow the included instructions to attach the monitor mount and secure the cable management clips. The most common issue is overtightening the mounting screws, which can strip the aluminium threads. Ensure the casters lock securely before loading the computer to prevent unexpected movement.

Handles 20 lb loads with room for accessories

The platform comfortably carries a 20 lb all-in-one computer plus lightweight peripherals such as a barcode scanner or keyboard. Steel-reinforced shelves add rigidity when the cart is fully loaded. The design reaches its limit with heavier diagnostic equipment or dual-monitor configurations exceeding the rated capacity. For those heavier workflows a larger cart with a higher load rating is required.
