Ergotron HX Desk Monitor Arm Kit

This Ergotron HX mounting kit provides an articulating arm with both desk clamp and grommet mount options for a single monitor up to 49 inches. The matte black finish suits professional workspaces. It includes all necessary mounting hardware and an extension part for flexible positioning.

Articulating arm frees desk surface space

The arm clamps to the desk edge or installs through a grommet hole, removing the need for a monitor base on the work surface. Pivot and articulation let you adjust height, depth and angle without tools. Buyers needing support for screens larger than 49 inches or multiple monitors on one arm should verify capacity before purchase.

Questions about this item

How heavy a monitor can the HX arm hold before it starts to droop?

The arm is rated for screens up to 49 inches, so the practical limit is the weight of a typical 49-inch panel.

Does the gas-spring mechanism get noisy or hot during all-day adjustments?

The spring-assisted lift runs silently and produces no noticeable heat during continuous use.
