This downloadable artbook explores the lore, characters and gameplay behind the indie title 9 Monkeys of Shaolin. It delivers original concept art, unpublished illustrations and comic-style artwork from the game. Designer commentary provides further insight into the creative process. The content is accessed through a Steam account on PC.

Instant digital delivery with no physical media

The product is a downloadable Steam code, so there are no discs, packaging or shipping materials to manage. Activation requires a third-party Steam account and an internet connection. Once redeemed, the artbook resides in the user's Steam library alongside other titles. No additional software or drivers are needed to view the content.

Adds supplemental media to an existing Steam library

Buyers who only want the playable game will not need this separate artbook download. It suits players interested in development history, concept sketches and designer notes. The file integrates with the Steam client on Windows, requiring only the platform itself. No extra storage drives or specialised hardware are required.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 9 Monkeys of Shaolin Digital Artbook after buying the Steam code?

Redeem the code in the Steam client via Games > Activate a Product on Steam, then the Digital Artbook appears in your Library under the DLC section for 9 Monkeys of Shaolin; the step people miss is clicking the DLC tab instead of searching the main library list.

Will I need to download any future patches for the Digital Artbook content?

The artbook is a static collection of concept art, comic-style illustrations and designer commentary delivered as a single DLC package; no further patches or content updates are planned for this downloadable item.

What limits offline viewing of the artbook once it is in my Steam library?

Steam DRM requires an initial online activation and periodic licence checks; after that the PDF-style viewer runs locally, but a prolonged lack of internet connection will eventually block access until you go online again.
