MagSafe Vent Dashboard Mount

The ESR HaloLock 2K604 attaches to standard air vents or a dashboard surface, providing a stable platform for any smartphone. It suits drivers who want one-hand mounting without a bulky cradle. The L-shaped arm pivots 360 degrees for portrait or landscape orientation. It is not for buyers who need integrated wireless charging or a mount that clamps to a CD slot or windshield.

Included Metal Rings Enable Magnetic Grip

Two adhesive metal rings come in the box so non-MagSafe phones and standard cases gain magnetic compatibility. The N52H magnet array delivers a 2,300 g holding force when a ring or MagSafe case is used. Without a ring or MagSafe case the mount cannot secure the phone. Wireless charging is not supported through the mount itself.

Vent Hook Fits Horizontal Vertical Circular

The rotatable hook locks onto common vent blade patterns, while the dashboard anchor offers an alternative flat-surface bond. Maximum device weight is 5.07 pounds, well above typical smartphones. The mount weighs 74 grams and measures 3.56 by 3.39 by 2.72 inches. It is not water resistant and cannot be used on heavily textured dashboards.

Questions about this item

Will the 2300 g magnets weaken over time and need replacement?

The N52H magnets are permanent and do not lose holding force under normal use, so no magnet replacement is required.

What limits how long the 2K604 can hold a phone on a hot dashboard?

The mount has no cooling or power draw; the practical limit is the adhesive on the dashboard anchor, which may degrade after prolonged high-temperature exposure.

Does the 74 g mount rattle or generate heat during all-day driving?

The passive magnetic design produces no heat or fan noise; the vent hook and locking arms keep the 74 g unit stable and silent on rough roads.
