Capture purpose
The Estone OZC1 captures HDMI video and audio from cameras or consoles and delivers it to a computer over USB 2.0. It accepts 4K input at 60 Hz and outputs up to 1080p at 60 Hz for recording or streaming. The device works with Windows, macOS and Linux without proprietary drivers.
Build integration
A single HDMI source connects to the input while the USB 2.0 link carries the captured stream to the host. The compact 64 x 28 x 13 mm body draws 0.4 A at 5 V from the USB port, so no external power supply is required. Standard AWG26 HDMI cables up to 15 metres are supported for 1080p signals.
Buyer fit
Streamers and educators who need simple 1080p60 capture from a DSLR, camcorder or game console will find this unit straightforward. Users requiring 4K60 output, higher-bitrate codecs or multi-channel audio beyond L-PCM should consider a capture device with those specifications.

Questions about this item
Will the USB 2.0 interface throttle my 1080p60 capture during long sessions?
The USB 2.0 connection caps output at 1080p60, and the device draws only 0.4 A at 5 V, so bandwidth and power stay steady.
How hot or loud does the OZC1 get when streaming all day?
It has no fan and runs silently; the rated operating range is –10 °C to +55 °C, so it stays cool under continuous use.
Which cables and ports must I already have to plug this in?
You need an HDMI source, an AWG26 HDMI cable up to 15 m for 1080p signals, and a free USB 2.0 port on a Windows, Mac or Linux machine.
