ESTONE OZP1 Video Wall Controller

The ESTONE OZP1 is a professional video device that takes one HDMI or DVI input and splits it across four HDMI outputs to drive a 2x2 video wall. It supports input resolutions up to 4K at 30 Hz and delivers a fixed 1920x1080P output at up to 60 Hz. The unit includes a remote control and provides both 3.5 mm stereo and optical SPDIF 5.1-channel audio extraction.

Installers needing 2x2 splicing

This controller suits integrators building a four-screen video wall from a single source such as a media player, PC or console. It is not for users who require output resolutions above 1080P, need more than four outputs, or want HDCP 2.2 or HDMI 2.0 features for protected 4K content at 60 Hz.

Fixed 1920x1080P output resolution

The single specification that decides fit is the maximum output resolution of 1920x1080P at 60 Hz. If the displays or application demand 4K output, this unit cannot meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

What mounting provisions does the OZP1 unit have for a 2×2 video wall setup?

The controller itself has no built-in mounting brackets; it sits on a shelf or rack tray and connects to four displays via its four HDMI outputs.

What is the correct power-up sequence to avoid losing the 1080P output signal on the four HDMI ports?

Connect all four HDMI cables first, then attach the 5 V 2.1 A power adapter, and finally power on the source device so the controller can negotiate 1920×1080P@60 Hz on every output.

Which audio connectors on the OZP1 may need replacement cables for long-term 5.1-channel surround sound?

The optical SPDIF port carries 5.1-channel audio; its Toslink cable should be replaced if the plastic tips become cloudy or the latch fails to click securely.
