Three-pack USB 3.0 extension cables

This three-pack provides three black USB 3.0 Type A male-to-female extension cables, each measuring 6.6 ft. They extend the reach between a computer, tablet or Mac and USB peripherals such as hard drives, hubs, mice, keyboards, flash drives, printers and scanners. The cables support SuperSpeed USB 3.0 data rates up to 5 Gbps and are backward compatible with USB 2.0, 1.1 and 1.0 devices.

Plug-and-play installation

No driver installation is required; simply connect the male plug to the host port and the peripheral to the female end. The extension avoids the need to reach behind a desktop or TV, reducing wear on the device's own USB sockets from repeated plugging and unplugging. Compatibility spans Windows PCs, laptops, Mac OS X and common external hard drives from brands such as Toshiba, Seagate and Western Digital.

Users needing longer USB 3.0 reach

The pack suits anyone who wants to relocate USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 peripherals farther from the host without signal loss. It is not for buyers who need a different connector type such as USB-C, Micro-USB or Mini-USB, nor for those who require a single cable longer than 6.6 ft.
