USB 3.0 extension for distant peripherals

This ESTONE cable adds 1.65ft of reach between a USB 3.0 port and devices such as VR headsets, consoles, flash drives, hard drives, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners or cameras. It is intended for users who need to position a peripheral farther from the host computer or Mac without moving the machine itself. The male-to-female Type-A connectors keep the original port orientation while extending the link.

5Gbps USB 3.0 data rate with backward compatibility

The cable supports USB 3.0 transfer speeds up to 5Gbps, roughly 10 times the 480 Mbps ceiling of USB 2.0, and falls back to USB 2.0, 1.1 and 1.0 when connected to older ports. Tin-plated bare copper conductors, gold-plated connectors and foil-plus-braid shielding protect the signal from EMI and RFI interference so the rated throughput is maintained. No driver installation is required on supported operating systems.
