Extra-large desk mat

The ESTONE WorldMap XL mouse pad measures 800 by 300 by 2 millimetres and covers a full desktop area. A printed world-map surface includes standard time-zone markings for quick reference. The natural-rubber base with fine-cloth top suits gaming, office work and general desk protection. It arrives new in a drawstring bundle.

Surface and base limits

The smooth cloth top works with optical and laser sensors but offers no specialised coating for ultra-low friction. The 2-millimetre thickness provides modest cushioning without raising the keyboard noticeably. Rubber non-slip backing grips most flat surfaces yet may shift on polished glass or heavily textured desks. Liquid spills bead on the surface but the mat is not waterproof.

Installation and common issues

Unroll the pad and lay it flat; the foldable design settles within minutes at room temperature. Stitched edges resist fraying but can catch on sharp desk corners if the mat overhangs. The 650-gram weight keeps it in place during fast swipes yet allows easy repositioning. Clean with a damp cloth; avoid harsh solvents that may degrade the printed map.

Questions about this item

Which size should I pick if I need room for a full-size keyboard and mouse?

The 800×300×2 mm mat covers 31.5 by 11.8 inches, giving space for keyboard, mouse and other desk items in one surface.

How does the 2 mm thickness feel during long gaming sessions?

At 0.78 inch thick the natural-rubber base adds cushion without raising the wrist too high, keeping low-DPI movements stable.

Will the rubber base grip a glass desk without sliding?

The anti-slip rubber bottom holds the pad on any flat surface, including glass, so the mat stays put during fast swipes.
