1440p USB 2.0 webcam for calls and streaming

The Estranst CA600-2K-U captures video at 2560 by 1440 pixels over a USB 2.0 connection. It is aimed at home-office workers, students and casual streamers who need a simple camera for meetings, classes or content creation without extra drivers.

Privacy cover, noise-cancelling mic

A sliding cover blocks the lens when the camera is not in use. The built-in microphone uses noise cancellation to reduce background sound during calls. An included USB-C adapter lets the USB 2.0 plug connect to newer ports without a separate dongle.

Check your USB ports and mounting needs

The camera requires a free USB 2.0 or USB-C port on the host device. It uses plug-and-play MP4 and PCM formats, so verify that your operating system and conferencing software support those codecs. No additional power supply or driver installation is needed.

Questions about this item

Does the built-in privacy cover on the Estranst CA600-2K-U webcam need cleaning or replacement over time?

The sliding privacy cover is a mechanical part with no consumable elements; occasional dusting keeps it working smoothly and no scheduled replacement is required.

What limits continuous streaming at 1440p resolution on this USB 2.0 webcam?

The USB 2.0 interface caps sustained bandwidth, so 1440p video may drop frames or compress more heavily during long sessions compared to faster connections.

How warm does the Estranst CA600-2K-U get and does the microphone pick up any fan noise during all-day use?

The webcam has no internal fan, so it runs silently and stays only slightly warm; the noise-cancelling microphone captures voice without adding mechanical noise.
