Replacement Battery for Eltron Scanners

This Estry Ni-MH pack replaces the original power source in Eltron International 100, 2205, Intercontinental 2100 and 2200 models. It delivers 2.4V and 2000mAh capacity, matching the factory voltage and energy rating of 4.8Wh. The cell measures 49.0 x 29.0 x 14.5mm and weighs 91.5g, fitting the existing battery compartment without modification.

Chemistry and Runtime Constraints

Nickel-metal hydride chemistry provides stable output but self-discharges faster than lithium alternatives, so the pack benefits from regular use or periodic top-up charges. Overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection circuits are built in to extend service life. The 2000mAh rating determines how long the scanner operates between charges under typical workloads.

Capacity Decides Suitability

The 2000mAh figure is the single specification that confirms whether this pack meets the runtime needs of the target Eltron devices. Buyers who need longer operating time per charge cannot obtain it from this model. The 2.4V output and physical dimensions are fixed by the original design and cannot be altered.
