Replacement battery for Swellpro Spry and Spry+

This 11.4 V lithium pack is built to the original CDC01 0004 specifications and fits both the Spry and Spry+ drones. It ships as a single 1-pack unit weighing 400.0 g and measuring 123.0 x 37.6 x 29.5 mm. Buyers who need a multi-pack bundle or a different voltage will need another solution.

Thermal behaviour and power profile

The cell delivers 4500 mAh capacity at 11.4 V for 48.45 Wh of stored energy. Overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection circuits limit heat build-up during normal flight and charging cycles. No active cooling is required and the pack operates silently in typical use.

Build quality and daily handling

The housing meets ISO 9001, RoHS, CE, UN 38.3 and MSDS certifications for safety and materials compliance. A moulded connector matches the Spry and Spry+ battery bay so installation is a direct slide-in without adapters. Pilots who fly other airframes or require a different part number cannot use this pack.

Questions about this item

How do I install the battery in my Spry+ and what step do people often miss?

Slide the pack into the compartment until the latch clicks, then verify the 11.4 V label faces outward; the common miss is forgetting to press the release button fully so the lock does not engage.

What maintenance will this 4500 mAh lithium pack need later?

Store at roughly 50 % charge in a cool dry place when not flying for weeks; recharge every three months to prevent deep discharge and inspect the connectors for corrosion before each use.

What limit appears first during a long flight with this 48.45 Wh battery?

Voltage sag under heavy throttle causes the flight controller to trigger low-voltage landing once the cells reach their minimum safe level, typically before the 4500 mAh capacity is fully used.
