Compatible Replacement Battery

The Estry 6.0V 2500mAh Ni-MH pack replaces the 600-XTI-BAT in Interlogix Simon XTi wireless control panels. It matches the original electrical and physical specifications for direct substitution in security installations.

Practical Capacity and Runtime Limits

The 15.0Wh energy rating defines the backup duration available during mains power loss. Runtime scales with panel load, so systems with many active sensors or communicators will deplete the reserve faster than minimal configurations.

Straightforward Swap with Polarity Care

The pack fits the panel's battery compartment using the existing connector. The main installation risk is reversing the polarity or failing to seat the connector fully, which prevents charging and leaves the system unprotected.

Questions about this item

Which capacity should I pick for the Simon XTi panel?

The replacement is offered as a single 2500mAh pack rated at 6.0V and 15.0Wh, matching the original 600-XTI-BAT specification.

How long will the 2500mAh rating actually run the control panel?

At 6.0V the pack stores 15.0Wh; typical standby draw on a Simon XTi is low, so the battery can sustain backup for many hours during mains loss.

Does the connector follow a standard battery interface?

The pack uses the proprietary two-wire plug that fits the Simon XTi control panel directly; no universal standard applies.
