Compatible Replacement Battery

This 7.4V 2000mAh lithium pack replaces the MW74V22-SF cell used in Mobile Warming Primer and Primer Plus heated shirts. It delivers 14.8Wh of energy in a single pack weighing 116.0g and measuring 74.8 x 42.0 x 14.0mm. The unit carries ISO9001, RoHS, CE, UN38.3 and MSDS certifications for safety and quality assurance.

Sustained Heating Performance

Built-in overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection maintains stable output during extended wear in cold conditions. The lithium chemistry supports consistent voltage delivery throughout the discharge cycle rather than fading quickly under continuous load. Protection circuits prevent damage from deep discharge when the garment is stored between seasons.

Interface and Runtime Limits

The pack connects only to the proprietary Mobile Warming 7.4V system used by the listed Primer models. No other voltage or connector standard is supported, so the battery cannot be adapted to higher-voltage gear or charged from generic USB sources. Runtime per charge is fixed by the 2000mAh capacity and the shirt's heating element draw, which varies with the selected heat setting.
