This Estry battery replaces the original power cell in Plantronics Savi W440, WH500, 740 and W745 series headsets. It matches the factory voltage of 3.7V and a capacity of 145mAh. The lithium-polymer pack is built to the same physical dimensions as the OEM unit.

The cell delivers 145mAh at 3.7V, equalling the rated 0.52Wh of the genuine battery. That exact electrical profile ensures the headset reports remaining charge correctly and maintains its designed talk and standby times.

Protection circuit and certifications add safety

An integrated circuit guards against overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short circuits. The pack carries ISO9001, RoHS, CE, UN38.3 and MSDS certifications, confirming compliance with international transport and substance restrictions.

Questions about this item

How long will the 145mAh capacity run a Plantronics Savi W440 headset?

The 145mAh rating matches the original specification, so talk and standby times should be the same as when the headset was new.

Does the 3.7V Li-Polymer cell use a standard connector that fits the Savi WH500?

Yes, it is built to the exact specifications of part numbers 84598-01, 82742-01 and 204755-01, so the connector and pin-out are identical.

Will the 33.23 x 23.4 x 8.72mm dimensions fit inside the Savi W745 battery compartment?

Those are the original factory dimensions, so the cell sits flush in the W745, W740, W440-M and all other listed models without modification.
