Estry Ni-MH Replacement Battery

Compact Pack With Built-In Protection

The pack measures 50.4 x 28.9 x 14.5mm and weighs 98.0g, matching the original form factor for a secure fit in the camera compartment. Integrated circuitry provides overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection during daily use and charging cycles.

Ni-MH Chemistry Limits

Ni-MH cells exhibit self-discharge when stored for long periods and perform best when cycled regularly rather than left at full or empty charge. Capacity will gradually reduce after several hundred charge cycles, a normal characteristic of this chemistry.

Questions about this item

What voltage does the 1800mAh Ni-MH pack deliver, and what runtime ceiling does that set?

The pack supplies 2.4V at 1800mAh, matching the original Flip Ultra U11204 specification so the camcorder draws the same current profile it was designed for.

Will the 50.4 x 28.9 x 14.5mm, 98.0g pack fit the Ultra U11204 battery door?

Yes — those exact dimensions and weight replicate the OEM FVBPU2 cell, so the latch closes flush without shims or force.

How do I install it, and which polarity mistake do users repeat?

Slide the pack in with the labelled side facing the contact strip; reversing it bends the spring tabs and prevents the camera from powering on.
