Replacement for Wahl Pro 9550

This nickel-metal hydride battery pack replaces the original power source for Wahl Pro 9550 and Sterling Eclipse 8725 trimmers. It matches the factory specifications of part numbers 93151-001, 93151 and 93153. The cell delivers 2.4 volts and 1200 milliampere-hours for direct compatibility.

1200 mAh capacity and 2.88 Wh energy rating

The 1200 mAh capacity provides enough stored energy for extended grooming sessions between charges. At 2.88 watt-hours the pack supports typical professional use cycles before requiring a recharge. Runtime will decrease as the cells age or under continuous heavy-duty cutting loads.

Ni-MH chemistry with built-in protection circuits

The nickel-metal hydride chemistry avoids memory effect and offers stable voltage delivery throughout the discharge curve. Integrated overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection safeguards both the battery and the trimmer electronics. The pack is certified to ISO 9001, RoHS, CE and UN 38.3 standards.

Will this 2.4V 1200mAh pack fit my Wahl Pro 9550 clipper that currently uses part 93151-001?

Yes, it replaces part numbers 93151-001, 93151 and 93153 and is built to the original 2.4V 1200mAh specification for the Pro 9550 and Sterling Eclipse 8725 models.

How can I confirm the pack is working correctly after I install it in the Sterling Eclipse 8725?

The clipper should run at full speed for the expected runtime; the pack includes overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection so it will not overheat or cut out prematurely.
