Questions about this item

How long will the Ni-MH cells hold their 3500mAh capacity before replacement?

Ni-MH chemistry typically retains usable capacity for 300 to 500 full charge cycles, after which run-time drops noticeably and a new pack is recommended.

What stops the pack first during a long strobe session — voltage sag or thermal limit?

The 6.0 V Ni-MH pack will hit voltage sag under sustained high-current strobe loads before its internal thermal protection activates.

Does the 325.2 g pack get hot or noisy when powering a Nova Strobe all day?

The pack runs silently; it warms moderately during continuous discharge but stays within normal Ni-MH temperature limits for the 21.0 Wh rating.
