What this product is

The ET2 iCorona is a 23.5 inch matte white flush mount light kit built from aluminum and steel. It contains a Philips Hue light engine that adjusts colour temperature and dimming through Zigbee protocol devices such as phones, Amazon Echo or Apple HomeKit.

What to check before ordering

This item carries California Proposition 65 warnings for chemicals linked to cancer and to birth defects or other reproductive harm. Verify that your junction box suits a flush mount installation and that your smart home system supports Zigbee control for the Hue engine.

How it fits into a build

The integrated Hue engine removes the need for separate smart bulbs or an external bridge when a Zigbee hub is present. The single 23.5 inch ring provides programmable scenes and dimming from one fixture, freeing ceiling space that multiple fittings would occupy.
