Questions about this item

Will the two 5.1 inch fans or the blue LED lights need replacing after long use?

The dual 12.8 cm fans run at 800-2000 RPM with a 5 V, 0.22 A draw; the blue LEDs are rated at 10 LM. No user-serviceable parts are mentioned, so plan to replace the whole pad if airflow or lighting degrades.

What limits continuous cooling performance during extended sessions?

Maximum fan speed is 2000 RPM and noise tops out at 15 dB, so the airflow ceiling and the fixed 5 V, 0.22 A power budget are the first constraints you will hit under sustained load.

How much noise, heat and power does the pad add when running all day?

Fan volume stays between 5 and 15 dB, the unit draws only 0.22 A at 5 V from a USB port, and the 60 cm cable keeps the power brick off the desk, so added heat and noise are minimal.
