Eve Motion Matter sensor

The Eve Motion sensor adds 120° motion detection and ambient-light sensing to a Thread-based smart home. It works indoors or outdoors with IPX3 water resistance and operates from -18°C to +55°C. Battery power and a compact 65 x 65 x 34 mm body allow freestanding or wall-mount placement anywhere. Ideal for automating lights, appliances and notifications across major platforms.

IPX3 build and mounting freedom

Certified IPX3 water resistance lets the sensor handle splashing rain on a porch or humidity in a bathroom without extra enclosures. Two replaceable AAA cells keep it wireless for simple repositioning. A choice of freestanding or screw-mount installation means you can place it on a shelf, fix it to a wall corner or attach it under an eave without drilling large holes.

Matter over Thread and local privacy

Matter support lets the sensor join Apple Home, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings and Amazon Alexa through any compatible Thread border router. No Eve cloud account, registration or tracking is required; all communication stays local. The box includes two AAA batteries and a Quick Start Guide so the device is ready to pair immediately after unboxing.
