24-port PoE+ switch for wired LANs

The EVESKY C9200-24P-E is a smart, stackable Layer 3 switch with twenty-four 10/100/1000 Base-T RJ-45 ports. Each port delivers up to 30 W of PoE+ power for access points, cameras or phones. It is built for rack mounting in small to mid-size business networks.

Thermals and power in daily operation

An internal hot-plug power supply feeds the PoE+ budget and the switching fabric without external bricks. The chassis uses passive airflow through the rack enclosure to keep temperatures stable under full port load. Fan speed ramps only when combined traffic and PoE draw push the thermal sensors higher.

What the Network Essentials licence enables

The bundled Network Essentials software image unlocks core Layer 3 routing, VLAN segmentation and basic security policies out of the box. Stackable architecture lets multiple units behave as a single logical switch for simpler management. No advanced automation or analytics features are included in this licence tier.

Questions about this item

How do I rack-mount the C9200-24P-E and what step is often missed?

Secure the switch with the supplied brackets in a standard rack, then insert the hot-plug power supply until it locks; the latch click confirms it is seated.

What part will need replacement first on the C9200-24P-E?

The internal hot-plug power supply is the only field-replaceable component; fans are fixed and not user-serviceable.

Which limit appears first when all 24 PoE+ ports run at 30 W continuously?

The 30 W per-port ceiling is reached before the aggregate power budget, so each port caps at 30 W under sustained full load.
