Questions about this item

Will these Bluetooth 5.3 earbuds pair with my older phone that only has Bluetooth 5?

Yes, Bluetooth 5.3 is backward compatible with Bluetooth 5, so they will connect normally, though you will not get the lower latency or power improvements of the newer version

How can I confirm the 13 mm graphene drivers and CVC 8.0 microphones are performing correctly after pairing?

Play music and check for detailed mids and punchier highs across the 20 Hz-20 kHz range, then make a call to verify the other party hears you clearly with 85 % voice retention

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The box includes two Q38 earbuds, an 800 mAh charging case, a USB-C cable, six silicone ear caps in three sizes, and a multilingual manual; no separate purchases are required for basic operation
