48-port PoE+ switch with 390W budget

The EVESKY WS-C3650-48PS-E is a 1U rack-mountable network switch that provides 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE+ support and four 1G SFP uplink ports. It runs the IP Services feature set for advanced routing and switching capabilities. The unit delivers a total PoE+ power budget of 390W across all ports.

Suits networks needing high-density powered ports

This switch fits deployments that require many PoE+ connections such as wireless access points, IP cameras or VoIP phones in a single rack unit. The 390W budget limits the number of ports that can supply full PoE+ power at the same time. Buyers who need a larger power reserve for more simultaneous high-draw devices should look at a model with a higher PoE budget.

390W total PoE+ power budget

The single specification that decides fit is the 390W PoE+ budget, which governs how many connected devices can receive full PoE+ power simultaneously. Calculate the per-device power draw against this total to confirm the switch meets the deployment requirements.
