EVGA RTX 2080 SUPER 8GB GDDR6

This EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER graphics card delivers 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit interface for 1440p and 4K gaming. It connects via PCI Express 3.0 and features a boost clock of 1815 MHz with 3072 CUDA cores. The single-fan blower cooler exhausts heat directly out the rear bracket.

Sustained load thermal behaviour

The blower-style cooler moves air across a vapour chamber and exhausts it through the rear I/O, keeping internal case temperatures lower in compact builds. Under continuous load the fan speed ramps to maintain the 1815 MHz boost clock while discharging hot air outside the chassis. This design suits small-form-factor systems where recirculation is a concern.

Installation notes and common issues

The card occupies two expansion slots and requires one 8-pin and one 6-pin power connector from the supply. Display outputs comprise one HDMI 2.0b, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports and a USB Type-C VirtualLink connector. Ensure the chassis length clears the shroud and that the power cables route without bending the connectors.
