Product identity

The Evoc L5501A is a gaming laptop built around an Intel Core Ultra 7-356H processor with sixteen cores and a maximum turbo frequency of 4.7 GHz. It pairs the CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card that carries 8 GB of GDDR7 memory. The system runs Windows 11 Pro and targets users who need strong compute and graphics performance in a portable chassis.

Installation and common issues

The unit ships as a completed build with factory-applied Gelid GC Extreme thermal compound on the processor and graphics chip. Storage arrives configured as two 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs in a dual-drive layout. Memory is installed as two 8 GB DDR5 5600 MHz modules running in dual-channel mode. Buyers should verify that the BIOS and drivers are current before adding workloads.

Interface limits

The 15.3 inch OLED panel delivers a 2650 by 1600 resolution at a 165 Hz refresh rate, which defines the practical ceiling for internal display output. The PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface governs peak storage throughput for the 4 TB array. System memory operates at DDR5 5600 speeds, subject to platform capability, and the RTX 5060 connects through the mobile PCIe lane allocation provided by the Ultra 7-356H.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the laptop is running at the 4.7 GHz max turbo after setup?

Open Task Manager or HWInfo and watch the CPU frequency under load; it should reach 4.7 GHz on the Ultra 7-356H when thermals allow.

What exactly ships in the box and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the L5501A with Windows 11 Pro, 16 GB DDR5, 4 TB NVMe storage, RTX 5060 8 GB GDDR7, 15.3" QHD+ 165 Hz panel, and the FlexiCharger; no extra parts are required for basic operation.

Which configuration should I choose if I want the 2650x1600 165 Hz OLED screen and the 4 TB dual-drive array?

The listed EV-L5501A-HID3 part number already includes the 15.3" QHD+ 165 Hz OLED display and the 4 TB (2 x 2 TB) PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, so no further selection is needed.
