15.3" QHD+ 165Hz Gaming Laptop

The Evoc L5501B is a 15.3-inch gaming laptop with a QHD+ 165Hz OLED panel. It runs on an Intel Core Ultra 7-356H processor with 16 cores and 16 threads. The system ships with 64 GB of DDR5 5600MHz memory in dual-channel configuration. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe Storage Limit

The laptop uses a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface for its M.2 solid-state drives. This standard sets the practical bandwidth ceiling for the installed storage. Two 8 TB drives combine for 16 TB of total capacity. The interface determines the maximum sequential throughput available to the operating system and applications.

8 GB GDDR7 Video Memory

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card is equipped with 8 GB of GDDR7 video memory. This frame-buffer capacity is the primary factor that decides whether the GPU can hold the textures and assets required by a given title at native resolution. Buyers should match this figure against the VRAM demands of their target games.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.3" 2650x1600 165Hz OLED panel fit a standard 15.3" laptop sleeve?

The chassis measures 13.53" wide by 10.31" deep and ranges from 0.63" to 0.78" thick, so compare those dimensions with the sleeve's internal space before buying.

Does the 64GB DDR5 5600MHz memory run at its rated speed or is it limited by the Ultra 7-356H?

The modules are installed as 2 x 32GB DDR5 5600MHz dual channel; actual operating speed follows the processor's memory controller capability.

Can the two 8TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs be expanded later, or are both slots already occupied?

The 16TB total (2 x 8TB) fills both M.2 slots, so adding more internal NVMe storage would require replacing an existing drive.
