16-inch QHD+ 300 Hz gaming laptop

The Evoc V3601B combines a 16-inch QHD+ panel running at 300 Hz with an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and an NVIDIA RTX 5060 graphics card. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR5 memory and eight terabytes of PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage complete the configuration. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Best for high-refresh competitive play

The 300 Hz display and 24-core Arrow Lake CPU suit gamers who need fast motion clarity and creators who run memory-intensive workloads. The 5.53-pound chassis and 1.22-inch maximum height make it less convenient for frequent travel. Buyers who prioritise battery life or a smaller footprint should consider other models.

300 Hz QHD+ refresh rate decides fit

A 2560 by 1600 panel at 300 Hz is the single specification that determines whether this laptop matches the use case. It delivers smooth motion for competitive titles while retaining sharp detail for content work. If the target application only needs 60 Hz or 1080p resolution, the extra panel performance will not be used.

Questions about this item

Will the 24-core processor and 32 GB of DDR5 handle heavy multitasking and content creation without slowing down?

Yes, the 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus with a 5.5 GHz max turbo and 36 MB cache paired with 32 GB of DDR5 5600 MHz dual-channel memory provides strong multi-threaded performance for demanding workloads.

Does the 300 Hz QHD+ panel benefit competitive gaming, and what GPU power drives it?

The 16-inch 2560 x 1600 300 Hz matte display delivers smooth motion for fast-paced titles, driven by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 with 8 GB of GDDR7 video memory.

How much total high-speed storage ships with the laptop, and can it be expanded later?

It ships with 8 TB configured as two 4 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs; both M.2 slots are populated, so adding more internal storage would require replacing an existing drive.
