Core Ultra 9-290HX Plus mobile workstation

The Evoc V3601C pairs a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9-290HX Plus processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card. A 16-inch QHD+ panel running at 300 Hz delivers sharp motion for competitive gaming and colour-critical creative work. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed on a machine built for heavy multitasking and GPU-accelerated workflows.

64 GB DDR5 and 16 TB NVMe headroom

Dual-channel 64 GB DDR5 memory at 5600 MHz keeps large datasets and virtual machines resident without swapping. Twin 8 TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs combine for 16 TB of fast storage, eliminating capacity anxiety for game libraries, raw footage and engineering archives. The memory ceiling is fixed at 64 GB, so workloads that outgrow that limit will need a different platform.

Gelid GC Extreme thermal compound and slim chassis

HIDevolution applies Gelid GC Extreme thermal interface material on both CPU and GPU to lower sustained temperatures under load. The black chassis measures 14.21 by 10.20 by 1.22 inches and weighs 5.53 lbs, fitting standard 16-inch bags while leaving room for a full complement of I/O. FlexiCharger and Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology adapt power delivery to the task at hand.

Questions about this item

Will the 16" QHD+ 300Hz panel work with my older 60 Hz external monitor?

The laptop drives its built-in 2560x1600 300 Hz screen and can simultaneously output to a 60 Hz external display; each panel runs at its own native refresh rate.

How can I verify the RTX 5070 8 GB GDDR7 is performing as intended after setup?

Run the NVIDIA control panel system information to confirm the GPU shows RTX 5070 with 8 GB GDDR7, then monitor GPU clock speeds and temperatures during a 3D workload to ensure they reach expected boost levels.

What is included in the box and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the V3601C laptop with 64 GB DDR5 5600 MHz memory, 16 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage (2 x 8 TB), Windows 11 Pro, and the FlexiCharger power adapter; no additional components are required for operation.
