16-inch FHD+ mobile workstation

The Evoc V5602A pairs a 16-inch 1920x1200 display with an Intel Core Ultra 5-225H processor. Fourteen cores reach a 4.9 GHz turbo frequency and drive integrated Intel ARC graphics. Sixty-four gigabytes of DDR5 5600MHz memory and four terabytes of PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe storage handle large datasets and multitasking. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on the silver aluminium chassis.

Thermals and acoustics under load

HIDevolution applies Gelid GC Extreme thermal compound on the CPU and GPU to lower operating temperatures. The metal top and bottom case aids heat dissipation while the FlexiCharger power system manages delivery efficiently. A full burn-in stress test validates thermal stability before shipment. MIL-STD 810H compliance confirms structural resilience for daily transport.

Factory upgrades and validation

The builder installs two 32 GB DDR5 modules and two 2 TB NVMe drives in dual-channel and RAID-ready configurations. Latest stable BIOS firmware and drivers are loaded during a comprehensive quality control sequence. Keyboard, touchpad, display, and every port are functionally verified. A one-year warranty covers the custom assembly and the applied thermal enhancements.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 5600 MHz DDR5 memory and what step is often missed?

The 64 GB kit ships as two 32 GB modules already seated in dual-channel slots; the step people miss is confirming the BIOS reports 5600 MT/s after first boot.

What maintenance will the Gelid GC Extreme thermal compound need later?

Gelid GC Extreme is rated for multi-year stability; plan to re-paste the CPU and GPU only if sustained temperatures climb noticeably above baseline after several years.

At what point does the 4 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage throttle during sustained writes?

The dual 2 TB drives share the x4 lane; thermal throttling typically appears first when the controller exceeds its safe operating temperature during prolonged sequential writes.
