16″ QHD+ 300 Hz gaming laptop

The Evoc V5604A pairs a 16-inch QHD+ panel running at 300 Hz with an AMD Ryzen AI 7 450 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and a silver metal chassis built to MIL-STD 810H durability standards.

32 GB DDR5 memory and 4 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage

Dual-channel DDR5 5600 MHz memory provides 32 GB of capacity for multitasking and memory-intensive workloads. Two 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs combine for 4 TB of fast storage, eliminating bottlenecks during boot and large-file loads.

RTX 5060 with 8 GB GDDR7 video memory

The discrete RTX 5060 graphics card carries 8 GB of GDDR7 VRAM, setting the ceiling for texture resolution and frame-buffer capacity in modern titles. This VRAM amount determines whether the laptop can hold high-resolution assets without swapping to system memory.

Questions about this item

Will the 16" QHD+ 300Hz panel run at its native 2560x1600 resolution when connected to an older external monitor over HDMI?

The built-in display operates at 2560x1600 and 300Hz regardless of the external monitor; the HDMI output will negotiate the best common resolution and refresh rate supported by that older screen.

How can I verify the RTX 5060 is using its 8 GB GDDR7 memory and the CPU is hitting 5.1 GHz under load?

Open Task Manager or GPU-Z to confirm 8 GB GDDR7 is reported for the RTX 5060, and watch the CPU frequency climb to 5.1 GHz during a sustained benchmark or heavy workload.

Does the box include a second 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD so the total reaches 4 TB, or must I buy one separately?

The laptop ships with 4 TB already configured as 2 x 2 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs, so no additional drive is required for that capacity.
