Evolis Badgy 100/200 Cleaning Kit

This Evolis ACL008 kit provides the essential supplies for maintaining Badgy100 and Badgy200 card printers. It contains two T-shaped cleaning cards designed for the printer rollers and one cleaning pen for the print head. Regular use helps preserve print quality and extends the operational life of the hardware.

Replaces worn consumables for roller

The cleaning cards remove debris and residue from the transport rollers that accumulate during normal card printing. The pen clears dust and ink build-up from the print head surface. A jump to fresh supplies is worth it when printed cards show streaks, lines or uneven colour density.

Consistent results under repeated printing cycles

Sustained card production deposits contaminants on rollers and the print head that degrade output gradually. The T-shaped cards clean the full roller width during a standard printer cleaning cycle. The pen allows targeted print head maintenance without disassembly, keeping the printer ready for continuous batch runs.
