Evolis YMCKO Ribbon for Badgy Printers

The Evolis CBGR0100C is a genuine colour ribbon designed for the Badgy 100 and Badgy 200 card printers. It supports single or dual-sided printing on PVC or composite cards using dye-sublimation and thermal transfer technology. This supply item is intended for organisations producing ID badges or membership cards in-house.

100-Print Yield With Five Panel Set

Each ribbon delivers a typical yield of 100 full-colour cards. The supply contains five sequential panels — Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black and Overlay — each measuring 98 mm in length. Once the 100 prints are consumed, the ribbon is exhausted and must be replaced to continue production.

PET Ribbon With Protective Overlay

The ribbon base is PET film coated with a very low concentration of water-insoluble colorant. A 1.1-micron overlay panel adds a protective layer to each card, extending the printed image lifespan to up to three years. No active cooling or power draw is involved; the ribbon operates passively within the printer.
