Black monochrome ribbon for Badgy100 and Badgy200

This black monochrome ribbon works exclusively with Evolis Badgy100 and Badgy200 printing systems. It produces personalised black-and-white cards in under a minute. The ribbon yields approximately 500 prints per roll. PVC cards and the printers themselves are sold separately.

Single ribbon roll in the package

The bundle contains one black ribbon cartridge rated for up to 500 card prints. No additional software, cleaning kits or extra ribbons are included. The cartridge is designed for direct installation into the compatible printer.

Verify printer model before ordering

Confirm that your printer is a Badgy100 or Badgy200; other Evolis models are not supported. Ensure you have blank PVC cards available, as they are not supplied with the ribbon. Check that the printer is ready for a ribbon change to avoid downtime.

Questions about this item

How many cards can I print before the CBGR0500K ribbon needs replacing?

The black monochrome ribbon yields approximately 500 card prints before a replacement ribbon is required.

What limits continuous printing on the Badgy100 or Badgy200 with this ribbon?

The 500-print ribbon capacity is the first limit reached during sustained card production runs.

Does the ribbon generate noticeable heat or noise when the printer runs all day?

The ribbon itself is a passive consumable; heat and noise come from the Badgy printer mechanism, not the ribbon.
