Compact LCD Signature Pad for Countertop Use

The Evolis Sig200 signature pad presents a 640 x 480 LCD with a 3.98 by 2.99 inch active area and backlight for clear indoor visibility. It connects through a USB host interface and measures 7.52 inches wide by 7.09 inches deep by 0.59 inches high, fitting standard retail or reception counters.

640 x 480 Resolution Defines Capture Detail

The 640 x 480 pixel grid sets the granularity of every captured signature; finer strokes or very small handwriting may lose definition on this grid. Buyers who need higher-resolution ink capture for forensic or design verification should note this limit.

USB Power and Data Simplify Deployment

A single USB cable supplies both power and data, removing the need for an external power supply and freeing a mains socket at the workstation. The slim 15 mm profile leaves desk space for a keyboard or terminal beside the pad.

Questions about this item

What does the 640 x 480 resolution mean for the signature area?

The 640 x 480 pixel LCD covers a 3.98" by 2.99" active area, so handwritten signatures appear sharp and readable on the 15 mm thick pad.

How does the USB interface limit the way the pad connects?

The pad uses a standard USB host interface for both power and data, so it plugs directly into a PC without an external power supply.

What clearance does the 7.52" width and 7.09" depth need on a desk?

The unit measures 191 mm wide by 180 mm deep and stands 15 mm high, so it fits on a typical countertop with only a small footprint.
