The SD Pantera is a standalone duplicator that copies one master Secure Digital or MicroSD card to as many as seventy-nine targets simultaneously. It operates without a host computer, using an integrated Athena controller and a sixteen-by-two character LCD for menu navigation.

Four copy modes and four erase modes

Quick Copy transfers only occupied data space, while Whole Media copies every sector including empty areas. Partitioned Copy and Percentage Copy let you duplicate specific regions when the file system is undefined. Erase options range from Quick and Full Erase to three-pass and seven-pass sanitisation compliant with the 5220.22-M standard.

Throughput and capacity headroom

Each slot sustains up to thirty-five megabytes per second, delivering a combined rate of two gigabytes per minute across all targets. The one-hundred-twenty-eight megabyte buffer smooths burst transfers, but the unit tops out at seventy-nine ports and does not support other flash form factors such as CompactFlash or USB drives.
