Quarter Window Molding 1987-1993

The Fairchild Industries F4005 is a transparent quarter-window moulding produced for 1987-1993 Ford Mustang models. It replaces the original trim piece that seals the rear side glass area. Restoration owners and body shops use it to complete period-correct glass installation.

Transparent Colour Match

The moulding is moulded in a transparent finish so it blends with the factory glass tint without painting. Colour match is the single specification that determines whether the part looks correct once fitted; an opaque or tinted alternative would show a visible seam.

Proposition 65 Notice Included

The package carries a California Proposition 65 warning stating the product contains a chemical known to the state to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. The notice does not change installation but informs the installer to follow standard shop safety practices such as wearing gloves and ventilating the work area.
