Fairchild Industries Corvette Weatherstrip Kit

This new Fairchild Industries kit supplies the rear vertical weatherstrips for the side windows on 1978 through 1982 Chevrolet Corvettes. It is intended for owners restoring or maintaining the factory sealing on those model years.

Transparent latex construction for factory fit

The strips are made from transparent latex coloured to match the original equipment appearance. Their profile is shaped to press into the door channel and seal against the glass when the window is fully raised, keeping wind noise and water out of the cabin.

Replaces hardened or missing original seals

The kit replaces the original rear vertical seals that have hardened, cracked or gone missing over decades of exposure. The improvement is worthwhile when the existing strips no longer hold the window firmly or allow air and water leaks at speed. Buyers needing front vertical seals, roof rail seals or complete door kits will not find those parts in this package.
