FAIYOU 1080P WiFi Desk Lamp Camera

The FAIYOU desk lamp combines a 1080P WiFi camera with an LED learning light in a white 130x500mm unit weighing 1.2kg. Parents can view live footage remotely through the Icam365 app and speak to children using two-way intercom. The camera records H.264 video at 25FPS with a 120° viewing angle and 3.6mm lens. Infrared night vision operates automatically up to 5-10 metres depending on the environment.

Suits parents wanting remote child monitoring

This lamp suits families who want a single device for homework supervision and room surveillance via motion detection alarms sent to a phone. TF card and cloud storage options support video playback. Buyers who need a standalone security camera without a desk lamp should consider a different form factor. The product does not suit users requiring a wired network connection or local recording without internet access.

1080P HD camera with 120° view and two-way audio

The defining specification is the 1080P camera sensor (SC2235) paired with a 3.6mm lens delivering a 120° field of view. Minimum illumination reaches 0.02 Lux at F2.0 with AGC on, dropping to 0 Lux with IR LEDs active. Video encodes in H.264 at 25FPS. WiFi connects via IEEE 802.11b/g protocols. These parameters determine whether the monitoring quality meets the buyer's specific indoor surveillance needs.

Questions about this item

What surface space does the 130x500mm base require on a desk?

The lamp measures 130mm wide by 500mm tall and weighs 1.2kg, so it needs a flat, stable area at least that large with access to a USB power outlet for the supplied charger.

Which step in the Icam365 app setup is most often missed?

After powering the lamp with the included USB cable and charger, open Icam365, add the device, and complete the Wi-Fi pairing using the IEEE802.11b/g protocol before expecting remote view or two-way intercom.

How do I store recordings from the 1080P camera for later review?

Insert a TF card into the slot for local H.264 25FPS storage, or enable cloud storage in the app; the 3.6mm lens captures a 120° view with night vision up to 10 metres.
