What It Is

The Famawo Eco-2023 is a USB-C rechargeable automatic can opener that operates with a single button press. It targets seniors and anyone with limited hand strength who wants a simpler way to open standard round cans in the kitchen.

Capacity and Limits

The opener fits most standard round cans such as soup, vegetable and fruit tins. Cans under three inches in diameter are not recommended, and extra-large, rimless, dented or irregular cans may also prove unsuitable.

Accessory Impact

The built-in magnetic lid holder lifts the lid after cutting to reduce direct contact. USB-C charging removes the need for disposable batteries, while the smooth-edge cutting action leaves a cleaner rim for safer handling.

Questions about this item

Will this 6.26-inch tall opener fit in the same drawer as my old manual can opener?

The Eco-2023 measures 6.26 x 2.52 x 2.52 inches and weighs .408 kg, so it occupies a small rectangular footprint that should sit beside most manual openers in a standard kitchen drawer.

How can I confirm the rechargeable battery is holding a charge after I plug it in via USB-C?

Connect the supplied USB-C cable; the indicator light shows charging status. Once the light signals full charge, press the button on a standard round can — one complete rotation and automatic stop confirm the battery is working.

Does the box include a USB-C cable and wall adapter, or must I buy them separately?

The packaging contains the can opener and a USB-C charging cable. A separate USB power adapter or powered port is required to recharge the built-in battery.
