Waterproof Phone Pouch Two-Pack

This Famoby waterproof phone pouch comes as a two-pack in black and carries an IP68 rating for submersion. Each pouch fits smartphones up to 8.3 inches diagonal and is built from transparent PVC with a polycarbonate frame. The clear window allows full touchscreen operation and underwater photography without delay.

Build Integration and Everyday Carry

The pouch measures 8.6 by 4.3 inches and holds a phone plus cards, cash or keys in a single sealed compartment. A sturdy lanyard attaches to the top so the case can be worn around the neck or wrist, leaving hands free during water sports. No additional mounting hardware or special case is required; the pouch slips on and seals with a snap closure.

Water Protection and Daily Reliability

Rated IP68, the case is certified for 30 metres of water depth and uses a 0.3 mm membrane that preserves touch sensitivity. The manufacturer recommends a 15 minute paper-towel test before first use to verify the seal. In normal beach or pool use the thin material adds negligible bulk and does not interfere with screen responsiveness or call audio.

Questions about this item

How deep can the IP68 pouch stay submerged without leaking?

The pouch is IP68 certified for 30 metres underwater, so it holds its seal at that depth during sustained use.

Does the 0.3 mm PVC layer trap heat or make the phone overheat during all-day beach trips?

The super-thin 0.3 mm material stays touch-sensitive and does not insulate the phone enough to cause overheating in normal outdoor conditions.

Will my phone fit if it measures exactly 8.3 inches diagonally?

Yes, the pouch fits smartphones up to 8.3 inches diagonal; internal dimensions are 8.6 by 4.3 inches, so an 8.3 inch device slides in with room for cards or cash.
