SKU CH-R07X-J8EHZ

12038 form-factor case fan runs on 24 V at .70 A for ABB robot cooling

  • 24 V DC input powers ABB robot cooling systems
  • 70 A current draw enables efficient thermal management
  • 12038 form factor fits standard industrial fan mounts
  • Two-wire connection simplifies installation and wiring

Industrial 24 V 12038 cooling fan

This 24 V 0.70 A case fan is built for ABB robot cabinets and similar industrial enclosures that demand steady airflow at a fixed voltage. Its two-wire design integrates directly into existing 24 V control circuits without extra converters.

1238 frame delivers focused airflow headroom

The 1238 frame size moves enough air for typical robot drive modules and power-supply bays; it reaches its limit when cooling multiple high-wattage servo amplifiers in a sealed compartment. Buyers needing variable-speed control or PWM monitoring should look elsewhere because the fan provides only a basic two-line connection.

Questions about this item

Will the 24 V 0.70 A fan run safely from the same 24 V rail that powers my older ABB controller?

Yes, the fan draws 0.70 A at 24 V, so it matches a standard 24 V DC supply used by ABB robot cabinets.

How can I confirm the 1238HH24B-WDB is spinning correctly after installation?

Measure 24 V across the two leads and verify 0.70 A current draw; the fan should rotate smoothly at its rated speed.
