Compact 28 mm Heatsink Array

This set supplies twenty individual aluminium heatsinks measuring 28 by 28 by 15 millimetres with a silver slotted fin design. The thick substrate spreads heat quickly from small components such as voltage regulators, memory chips or SSD controllers. Builders upgrading multiple boards or assembling a batch of compact systems receive enough pieces for every hotspot in one pack.

Steady Thermal Transfer

The slotted fin geometry increases surface area so heat moves into the case airflow continuously rather than saturating in a short burst. Thick base material reduces thermal resistance between the component and the fins, keeping temperatures stable during extended compute or mining sessions. No moving parts means silent operation and no maintenance over the life of the build.

Questions about this item

How much heat will twenty of these 28 mm sinks add to a case running all day?

They are passive aluminium pieces with no moving parts, so they generate no noise or heat of their own and draw zero power.

What mounting method do I need to attach these 15 mm thick silver-slot sinks?

Thermal adhesive or thermal tape is required; the sinks have no clips, screws or pre-applied pads included.
