Compact 60 mm axial fan for 24 V DC systems
The Fans 614NGL is a 60 x 60 x 25.4 mm axial case fan designed for 24 V DC operation. It draws 1 W at 41 mA and spins at 2500 rpm to deliver 21 m³/h of airflow. The sleeve bearing and integrated electronic commutation suit industrial, medical and embedded cooling tasks. Polarity reverse, blocking and overload protection are built in.
Limits of the 24 V DC supply and sleeve bearing
The fan requires a stable 24 V DC source; it will not run from 12 V or AC lines. Airflow is capped at 21 m³/h and noise at 16 dB, so it cannot meet high-static-pressure or high-volume demands. The sleeve bearing has a finite life at continuous 2500 rpm and is not rated for extreme vibration or temperature cycling beyond the supplier's general range.
Check voltage, mounting
Verify that your system provides 24 V DC and can accommodate the 60 mm square footprint with 25.4 mm depth. Confirm the 21 m³/h flow meets your thermal target and that the 16 dB noise level is acceptable. Ensure the two-wire polarity-protected connector matches your wiring harness and that the reinforced fiberglass frame fits your chassis cut-out.

Questions about this item
Is the 614NGL the only 60×60×25.4 mm model in the 600NG series?
The supplier title lists only the 614NGL in that exact size; other model numbers shown belong to different series and dimensions.
What does 21 m³/h airflow actually deliver inside a typical chassis?
At 2500 rpm the fan moves 21 m³/h, which is suited to spot-cooling small enclosures or low-power components rather than high-flow case ventilation.
How does the 24 V DC input limit where the 614NGL can be used?
The fan requires a 24 V DC source drawing 41 mA, so it must be powered from a compatible rail or adapter rather than a standard 12 V motherboard header.
