SKU CH-W010-FY2PH

Centrifugal fan delivering 5000 m³/h airflow at 3300 rpm with 73 dB noise and maintenance-free bearings

  • Reliable cooling across extreme temperatures from -20 °C to +70 °C
  • High airflow of 5000 m³/h moves large volumes of air efficiently
  • Maintenance-free double ball bearings extend service intervals
  • 4100 W power at 230 V delivers strong centrifugal performance
  • Low 73 dB noise level suits noise-sensitive installations

Industrial converter fan for high airflow cooling

The Fans 6SY7000-0AC40 is a centrifugal converter fan built for industrial ventilation and equipment cooling. It delivers 5000 m3/h air volume at 3300 rpm with a 350 mm impeller suited for demanding airflow requirements.

Thermals and acoustics at 73 dB and 4100 W

Operating across a -20 to +70 C ambient range the unit produces 73 dB noise and draws 4100 W at 230 V. The maintenance-free double ball bearing supports continuous duty while wind pressure reaches 1500 Pa for effective heat removal.

Included 60 UF capacitor

A 60 UF capacitor is supplied for motor starting and the housing uses galvanised steel plate with metal components for corrosion resistance. The assembly operates at 60 Hz and is designed for direct integration into existing ducting or enclosure systems.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 350 mm impeller unit and what is the step installers often miss?

Secure the galvanised steel housing to the cabinet frame using the supplied brackets, then verify the impeller spins freely before tightening the final bolts — skipping the spin check is the common error.

What maintenance will the double ball bearing assembly need over its service life?

The maintenance-free double ball bearings require no lubrication; only periodic cleaning of the impeller blades to maintain the rated 5000 m³/h airflow is recommended.

At what ambient temperature does the fan reach its thermal limit during continuous operation?

Continuous operation is rated up to +70 °C ambient; beyond that the motor protection will trip and airflow drops below the 5000 m³/h specification.
