A 24V 0.50A 12038 3-wire inverter fan with 137CFM airflow and 49dB noise for server power protection

  • 24 V input range 11–32 V suits variable server rails
  • 50 A draw keeps power budget low in dense racks
  • 137 CFM airflow clears hot spots in 1U chassis
  • 49 dB noise fits quiet data-centre aisles
  • 830 double-ball bearings extend MTBF for 24/7 operation

Sanyo 9G1224G1D04 24V inverter fan

The Sanyo 9G1224G1D04 is a 24 V DC inverter fan built for server and industrial power-protection equipment. It suits engineers and maintenance teams who need a direct replacement for existing 120 mm cooling slots in rack systems.

137 CFM airflow with 135 Pa static pressure

At 3600 RPM the fan moves 137 CFM and develops 135 Pa of wind pressure, enough for dense chassis and ducted airflow paths. The 11 to 32 V input range gives headroom for voltage sag, while the 0.50 A draw marks the upper limit for current budgeting.

830 double-ball bearings and three-wire lead

Dual ball bearings rated at 830 provide long service life in continuous-duty environments. The three-wire connector supports speed monitoring and PWM control, simplifying integration into managed cooling loops without extra wiring harnesses.

Questions about this item

Will the 24 V 0.50 A inverter fan run on my existing 11–32 V DC bus?

Yes, the fan accepts 11 to 32 V DC so it will operate from your 24 V bus without modification.

How can I verify the 3600 RPM fan is spinning correctly after installation?

Listen for the 49 dB noise level and feel for 137 CFM airflow; both match the rated speed of 3600 RPM.

Does the 120 × 120 × 38 mm unit include mounting screws or a power cable?

The package contains the 3-wire inverter fan only; mounting hardware and mating connector must be sourced separately.
